If this were a phone call it’d go like this:

BFW answers: Black Forest!
You: Hi, I’m calling to see if you have a part.
BFW: O.K., what part are you looking for?
You: I’m looking for a XYZ.
BFW: O.K., What model BMW (or Mini) have you got?
At this point we’d get all the necessary info, put you on hold for a moment, look up the part, check to see if we have it and get the price for you. We’d also ask if you are sure you need this part.
Our parts man Quitze (pronounced Key-tzay, aka Keith) was at one point on the other side of that counter, so he knows all about this. You can also email us if you like, using Quitze@BlackForestWerkshop.com or Partsa@BlackForestWerkshop.com.
We have a huge inventory of parts in stock! If it’s not in our store we’ll check the local warehouse for immediate delivery.
We also are able to get any BMW accessory you might have found on the internet, and we can perhaps save you those shipping charges as well. Just email us the link and we’ll let you know what we can do.

We can supply you with any of these parts, possibly with a discount for non-essential parts. Once you decide on a part or accessory, please feel free to contact us with the part number for local pricing without shipping costs or possible return issues. And…we are your BMW and Mini parts store, so please tell us what you want us to carry!
