Performance: What do you want? What do you expect?

If you’re a person who wants to have a trustworthy professional handle the high-performance, go-fast, look-good features of your BMW, come on in. Let’s talk about what you want and what you expect. And if you’re a Do-It-Yourself type but need some help with installation, read on.
I love how honest I can be in this business.
Most folks interested in performance will have read everything there is on the internet, and will have shopped around and found the best possible price for everything that can possibly be done to a BMW. So you might be looking for someone that can do the best work in installing your high performance products.
Here we are. My guys are good. We’ve installed everything from Dinan products to products that required faxes of hand-drawn diagrams from the manufacturer. If that’s what it takes, we’ll do it.
I have been very happy with the work we send out the door. That said, we are also very sensitive to quality, and have even refused to install some products because of a genuine concern that an inferior product would be damaging to our reputation, and to a customer’s satisfaction. We are as good as the materials we are given to work with and we never settle for less than excellent work.
So: what do you want? What do you expect?
We’re not a “sales” place whose goal is just to run the monthly profit numbers up. There are plenty of other things we could do if we wanted simply to make money. One of our buddies who used to work at the Porsche race department in Germany is here in town installing Gull Wing door hinges--if you want that. He’s really good at what he does.
We could hack software and tweak it. We could make flywheels, and more. But what we have chosen to do is install high-quality products on high-quality automobiles for discerning people who simply want the best. We’re not out to re-invent the wheel. We’re here to make your old wheel as good as a new one.
Let us know what you want and expect, and give us a shot at doing the work. We are in fact a dealer in BMW parts. Anything a BMW dealer has, we have too. If we can’t match a price, then we’ll let you know what our best price is and you can decide where you want to buy it. We might install your mail order parts so feel free to check with us.
